Well, I really like The Haunting of Alaizabel Cray. That and Poison are my favs by him. ^_^ Most everyone likes the Broken Sky series as well, but unless you're really rich and can order used copies online, they aren't available at the moment.
Also, he has a new book coming out soon, The Fade. I believe it's coming out in October overseas, and as of last I heard, the US hasn't picked it up yet, so if you want it, you'll have to order it online (like many of us are doing).
But my suggestion is Haunting. It's a horror, and very scary! The first book to ever scare me. It's also pretty easy to find. ^_^ Hope that helps. ^_^

Yeah, The Haunting's good. I'll also recomend the Braided Path trilogy.
Storm Thief's best, though. *shifty eyes*

You should definitely pick up Alaizabel next. It´s nicely creepy with lovable characters and wicked creatures.
As to BSky, it has been re-published in the UK with a (in my opinion) pretty, new cover. I think there shouldn´t be too much trouble ordering it via bookshop or amazon. I just checked amazon.com... they don´t display the new BSky-book, which is weird. I mean, after all it´s the same language and should be importable from GB... even amazon.de can get it. D:| But they seem to have trouble. Looks like you´ll have to wait for the US-version. Or try your local bookshop.
Anyway. If you´re patient enough, The Fade will be released on October 18th.
