Hello!
What do people think the future will hold for Jandrew Harkins now that he has decided that he doesn't fancy Jez any more?
Odviously his recent acts of bravery have been largly inspired by her so do you think the character will regress back to how he was in Retribution Falls or did his semi epiphany during the race (Where he wants to win for himself rather than for Jez or Frey) mean he will continue to try to be brave?
Personally I hope that he continues to be brave as I am loving his character development so far.

Just a tip. Re-read the later chapters dealing with Harkins. Might be you should look at what the arrows are pointing to rather than the arrow itself, if you catch my drift.

Aaah Harkins just had a little break down. I mean he ran head on into a wall, remember? He always liked her even when he found out she was a mane he only freaked when he saw her as a mane. He's a huge freak out dude so I'm sure it'll pass once he sees that Jez is (maybe) same ol' Jez. (what did you think of the ending of TIJ? Jez was kinda weird. will it effect her or the crew?) In a way I hope it doesn't work out with them because I think Jez and Harkins would look way to weird together. But I could see Chris doing it because Jez always wanted love in some kind of way. You can do better Jez! Seriously! Well I think Harkins will take a bit to recover but might stop being super courageous. Maybe the crew will tell him to go actually talk to Jez. You never know...

I cannot really see Jez being together with another member of the KJ-crew. Harkins took to her because she was nice to him and I guess he never truly understood what it meant that she was a Mane. He sure did learn the hard way, what with spines and guts flying through the air. XD
I did give it some thought and while I don't think every character has to find their significant other, it might be possible for Jez to find another person who got the Mane-invitation. Maybe something like that might work.
Still, I think Jez is kind of happy where she is right now. After all, she chose the crew over being a Mane. Throughout book three, I was kind of afraid that she would turn more into a Mane. And the description of her at the very end of the story does suggest that she did indeed change a bit. I just hope we don't lose more of her. XD Jez, be careful, okay?
As for Harkins, he stated himself that he was over her. But I hope he does keep some of that bravery. If not for Jez then at least for himself.

I remember the first time I read the last bit and Harkins and Jez were in the infirmery I TOTALLY thought he was going to kill her (I mean more than she already is) I was so freaked out! But I think I read that whole section all the way to "What romance?" At least twenty times by now. Oh Jez. It was right in front of you and you didn't even see it...but I am kinda glad. I mean what if they were "together" and she turned into a mane? That would be pretty ugly right? But Jez always wanted love and when she cried at the end it shows that Harkins may have shocked her a bit and that maybe she wants something a bit more then everything on the Ketty Jay? That is all I have to rant about and I would be surprised if you actually read all of it. If you did eat a cookie
