As in, I just signed up five minutes ago ;D. How are you all? I didn't know this place existed until just recently, and wow...I don't know any Chris Wooding fans where I live, so this is pretty amazing! Er, um, well...I suppose that's it, for now !

Helloooo, welcome to the Lanes! Have some delicious welcome-tea. It's tradition!! (And tasty, of course.) What's your favourite Wooding-book, then? I'm curious. :3

Yeah, me too! The period setting is another plus. Like this? Sorry!

Mine is Haunting, too. Which has to do with the fact that it has monsters, London, murders and, er, a scene in a tunnel with monster. Oh, and if you want to add something to a previous post, use the "modify"-button to edit your post. Thus, you don't double-post.

Gotta say I agree... the Haunting was fantastic! Definately my favorite as well (though I'm sort of unfair-- I haven't read very many of the other ones yet).

Howdy and welcome! I see no-one else has beaten me to it with the cookies, so... *passes a big plate of freshly baked chocolate-chip cookies over* Hope you enjoy it here! For me, Haunting and Poison are joint second favourites, with The Braided Path trilogy being my number one favourite.
