Who does the photography for Poison and Storm Theif? that is killing me... at first I didnt like the covers (as much as I liked the Haunting) but whenever I pull Storm Theif or Poison out of my bookshelf for a quick read the covers make me appriciate the books more. I just thought of a weird idea. There is someone going around who looks like Rail (at least my interpetation of him) and Poison. If I ever come across one of the cover models from one of your books I will take them in my basement and FORCE THEM to read lines from the book. lol. <<edit>> I gave my friend who kept blabbing on and on about Stephanie Meyers' Twilight series, The Haunting and told her that this is real romance and action. And she feel in love with the book. She says that the Alaizable crazy seens are a nice touch! And that the loss of Mary Lou was very very tragic lol.

I've always wondered about that same thing. Storm Thief's cover still doesn't strike me as appealing, but Poison's is pretty awesome. I should just order every book online from the uk. The Twilight series is pretty awesome too.

Storm Thief's cover is one of the more appealing I've seen, actually. I really like the style of it. But I suppose most (non 'cop-out with their simplicity') covers are dependent on people liking the art style. I know it's put friends of mine off BSky, Wheel of Time when they had their old fantasy covers instead of different coloured rings, and probably a few other series' with marmitey covers.

I didn't like the American covers of either Poison or Storm Thief. I almost didn't buy Poison because of the cover. I'm glad I did, though, since it's one of the best, lol.

i meant to ask this earlier, but i was busy, and then my internet rejected me D: laziness prevails, i shall copy and paste the majority of my blurby thing i posted @ orokos.proboards55.com/index.cgi?board=allelse&action=display&thread=1201898128...why don't we do it ouselves? Like, adapt the B*Sky series into a fan webcomic or something? It can be like a tag team adaptation, whoever is interested draws a certain amount of pages (there's plenty to go around haha). Don't worry if you're not the next Michaelangelo or something, I'm not either.
What do you all think? I'm all for it, just hoping that some of you will show an interest. We'll ask Mr. Wooding for his blessing of course so i'm basically directing the question to mr. wooding, as i don't know who else to ask...there seems to be a fair amount of interest in this, so would you mind if we went ahead and tried this out?

I gave my friend who kept blabbing on and on about Stephanie Meyers' Twilight series Best book series ever - go vampires! (it knocked B*Sky off the top of my favourite book series, considering it was there for years, not an easy feat). And they're bringing out a movie...

Will you marry me?
Nay, I jest. I just wanted to ask because it's the 29th of February, which used to be the only day on which a woman could propose to a man. I just had to ask someone. ;D

Wow, yay for history for the 29th, lol. No one is acknowledging today besides me. >_< So, I'm glad at least someone posted about the date! ^_^

@shy: Huch? I didn´t know that! D: We can really do that today? Not that I want to. It´s good to know we can, though! XD But you can probably propose on April 1, too.

I only found out last year myself. My friends all told me it was really well-known though so I felt really uneducated. Although I did look it up and find out that technically it's okay any time in a leap year. The 29th is just more stylish.

29 Feb is also - ironically - Australia's National RSI (Reptitive Stress Injury) Day.
