Heylo, peeps. This is Ali, aka Zombie, aka Xheheroki, aka Xheki, and many other things. Anyways this will be my art thread on this site. =D Last semester, in my art class, our main and final assignment was to make a portrait on a piece of board. The class was drawing and painting, so if we were going to use anything other than pencil, ebony pencil, charcoal, or paint, we had to get it okay'd. Ali, with her duct tape obsession, decided to make hers out of duct tape. She asked and got it permitted. After several weeks of working on it, Ali came up with this result:; ZOMG, DUCKY TAPE!So...what do you think? By the way, don't mind the torso. That's just my sister. Too lazy to edit it out...or turn the pic upright. >.>;; By the way, just in case you're bored and wanted to know, although I can't imagine why, this semester, Ali took a ceramics and sculpture course, and has come to the sinister conclusion that although she may have some talent with drawing, and two-dimensional art work, Ali is, without doubt, artistically challenged. If I ever finish my amorphous tea pot that we're making and post it up here, you'll see precisely what I mean. xD

That's so cool!
The only 3-D work we've done at my school was to model giant custard creams, but then my art teacher got bored with that project so we never finished it and moved on to Surf Art instead. :/
Is it just Duct tape, or did you paint some bits as well?

Holy crap. That is greatness. Did you stick the tape on and paint it, or did you use different-colored tape?
