Ok, now I’m getting really pissed off. Just after sending my copy of endgame through the washer, I bought another one. Here’s what gets me though, someone stole my new copy. Who in the hell would steel a book?

It better have been a really big fan! The person that did it better hope that I don’t figure out who it was. If I do figure it out than I better get the book or there will be hell to pay. That was getting to be a damn good book, and then someone goes and steels it. Besides, who in there right mind would stoop as low as to steeling a book. It is just a new level of lowness.

Ok, I’ve calmed down about this hole ordeal since yesterday. OMG, I was absolutely raging about all this yesterday. Now I’m thinking with a clear mind, but I’m still pretty angry. I just couldn’t believe that a person was low enough to steal a book. Maybe they’re just being asses and trying to piss me of. If they actually wanted to read it then I would have let the barrow it and I could have finished it later, but to steal a book just isn’t right. A book is something that is supposed to teach, something to be enjoyed by all; not something to be takin from others.

Oh my gawd. No one should steal a book. And no fan should steal CW books! What fan´s that? Who doesn´t spend his money on his books but steals them? ;_; If someone stole my CW books or any of mine I´d rather hunt them down and skin them alive. Maybe not skinning them alive... I can think of something. Maybe that book is cursed... but then, why should it be cursed?

Oh believe me, I would do worse than skin them alive, like stabbing them, burning the wound shut, and stabbing them again, (repeat as needed)

Stole from where? Out of your bag / back pack / trouser pocket / hands? Did you put it down on a desk or something? Is it not possible that someone unintentionally packed it with their belongings when leaving the venue?
Stealing a book, that's unimaginable!

They stole it right out of my freakin back pack while I was at gym class. I had it closed up in the biggest pocket and when I got back, it was gone. It wasn’t anyone in my class, because I was the last one out of the locker room, so that means that someone was in the locker room while my class was in the gym. Damn it this really ticks me off. I’m gonna have to go get ANOTHER copy. This makes number three for me.

oh...I did it...
Kidding, of course, but for a Chris Wooding book that I can't find ANYWHERE (and am restricted from ordering of the web) I WOULD steal.
I came near to tears when I couldn't get BSky #3...I think I did cry...yeah, I did. I would've done lots of nasty things to people to get that. Thankfully all I had to do was be freinds with a cute boy. ^_^

I wish I could have my own copy of Endgame. And Kerosene and Crashing for that matter. I can never find them anywhere, and I haven't yet read those two.

Yeah, Endgame has eluded me thus far too, and I really really want to read it.
Whoever stole it is NOT a Chris Wooding fan. A true fan would actually BUY the books, thus giving Chris more money and popularty, thus making it more likely to get lots more books by him. That's why I don't mind buying multiple copies of his books. He gets more money, and then I have seperate books. Like one that I read over and over and over and the book will get ratty, but then I'll have another one in perfect shape to show off to everyone! ^_^

Like one that I read over and over and over and the book will get ratty, but then I'll have another one in perfect shape to show off to everyone! ^_^ I've read Endgame. Somehow, my tiny little local library had it, and it never usually has many Chris Wooding books in (except Poison and Alaizabel, natch). Only problem was, I read it, liked it, put it back ... and I've never seen it again since. I can only hope it's a good sign, that maybe some other person has spotted it and become a Chris Wooding fanatic, though it does mean I can't read it. And I agree - a true fan would buy the books whenever possible, and never steal. I wish I could afford to buy multiple copies - I can barely afford to buy one copy of each! I may need a new Alaizabel though, as the blue off the front cover comes off easily and my hands are always covered in it after reading. Pretty soon, the picture will be gone off the front cover. I might just buy the older version instead.
