Hey everyone! Didn't know that there was a Chris Wooding forum... It must be pretty new, huh? I remember searching for one when I had first finished the Broken Sky series and turned into an extreme fan and had to read everything by Chris Wooding.
Anyway I started out with Broken Sky which I thought was so awesome I had to read more, then I got Poison, then Alaizabel Cray since I had read so much good things about it and on with The Braided Path series. And of course I got The Storm Thief when it came out. My affection for these books is impossible to describe with words but the storytelling is so awesome and captivating that I just can't stop reading or thinking about them.

Yes, sadly, Wooding fans are in a significant minority. At any rate welcome, fresh blood is always a pleasure ^_^

Nice welcomings I started out with Broken Sky first because one evening when my mum came home from work she brought home a book. This, too, was a crappy translation into swedish and only 2 of the 9 books was available here. But the story thrilled me so I ordered all of them from internet in english and read them the way they should. Oh btw, I'm from Sweden

Sweden! Sweetness. I have a Norweigan friend, but that's the closest I've ever gotten to there.
