But it's OK that you killed them.If you wouldn't then BSky wouldn't be so good as it is.I like BSky right because of that, because it is unexpected and not like any other story. You don't know the end like by any other story. And it's great to read something that you didn't expected.Well I did almost cry when I found out that they are dead but it's alright. It's something new. ;D

is the reprint of broken sky going to be in any-way different or will it be exactly the same???
I think i was 10 when i read broken sky the first time and it hasn't lost its magic yet and I doubt it ever will.
if the reprint is even a word different im going to read it again.

There are three words different: THE. TWILIGHT. WAR. ;D Other than that, it's exactly the same, except that finally the format is the way I wanted it (three big books for the whole series). I thought about going back and tinkering with bits but then I thought, nah, 'improving' it would just screw it up. I wrote it between 21 and 23 (roundabout then, anyway) and it represents the way I wrote and the way I felt back then. I'm flattered that you remember it so fondly... Half the reason I write YA books is that I remember when I was young I used get so swallowed by books; the good ones were these huge, life-changing events. I reckon you sorta lose that magic when you get older. So it's nice to be able to get stories to the people who really appreciate them Edit: And I just realised it's almost a decade since I started writing BSky. Man, I'm getting old... so..... old....

Nooo! You are not old! *hugs Chris in a scary half-glomping way* Do not say things like that!
I mean, seriously, your new books are still incredibly engaging and worthy of being read under the table in classes (dangerous, at A level, some tachers will disembowell one for just doodling so reading...), but I re-read your older ones and they grab me just as much as they always did! Old people don't write good books.
Unless they're Tolkein. But he was trying to construct an entire mythology, not write an engaging novel...

Hey, not as old as you think I mean, 30? Thirty is not really that old. If it was 50, okay, that´d be old. But sheesh, three decades are not that long. XD Besides, one´s only as old as one feels. ;] You started with 19 and you really did publish lots of books you can really be proud of - such enjoyable and varied works.
