Thought we could try a Broken Sky version of 'whose line is it'. Or whatever the game is called, I call it that.
One person posts a single line of dialogue spoken by character and other people guess who spoke it. Whoever guesses the correct character first gives another single line of dialogue, and so it keeps going.
Rules:
- dialogue only, no description lines - no cheating! Don't run off to the books for every line - if it's a character that has different names throughout the books, either name is acceptable (ie, if it's a line spoken by Li'ain, it doesn't matter if someone says Aurin) - a line can be from half a sentence, just to make things more difficult
I had other rules but I forgot them.
First line, an easy one to start with:
"... that makes me a god!"

Okay, I'll go for another easy one, since we're just starting;
"The truth is always a victory."

I have no idea. Is that a bad thing?

It's from Koth Macquai, from chapter 13 of the second series of book, when he's talking to Kia.

Yes, my knowledge is definitely lacking. I guess it's time for you to quote a line, smaug

from chapter 13 of the second series of book Did you look that up or do you know what chapter the line is in from memory? If it's the latter, I'm impressed - I've just read that part in the second act and I don't know what chapter that was.

But I couldn't remember how to spell the name, so I quickly flicked through the nearst book I had and came to chapter. As for my qoute... hmm... you know something, someone else take my turn. I have an Opus to complete

"But we can't get the stone without the Keriags, and we can't get the Keriags without the stone."

Aww, now I feel bad . Could I say I was just lacking quotes and offer fictional mud cake as a token of peace and good will?
