...had a quasi-psychic or precognitive experience? Last night I had a dream that a storm cloud was floating a few feet above my head, and it followed me around all day at school, raining on me. The next day we had the most rain we've had in my town since, like, April. And, sometimes I'll have a song stuck in my head, and then someone next to me will start whistling or humming that same song. Or, I'll be thinking about someone only to have them message me or call me. Both of those have happened to me several times. So, what I'm wondering is, has anyone else here had a similar thing happen?

Nothing big like the first thing you mentioned, but some of the smaller stuff that can usually be explained by "Great minds think alike."

I've had weird coincidences, like you mention, but to call it quasi-psychic or precognitive I'd have to have something bigger happen. Like I'd have to dream something more specific than a cloud and have it happen.

I have the "Simpsons´ Premonition Power". Which means, while reading or listening to music or sitting in school (well, back in the old days) or working on, well, something I am suddenly reminded of one specific Simpson´s episode. One single scene of one episode, that is. Some time later (it can be on the same day or the next. But it´s always in the imminent future), when I watch Simpsons it´s exactly the very same episode that´s been showed.
And I once dreamed that my Geography-teacher wrote a test with 100 questions. I woke up the next morning and had a thorough look at the stuff we had been ordered to learn and voilà, in the next Geo-lesson she handed out some sheets of paper with (only) three questions on´em and ultimately I had (my only ever) 15. It´s the best mark you can possibly get; but it didn´t last long as I never had such a dream again. The End!
Something else...? Cannot thing of anything else, nah.

Yeah some times I will kind of get premonitions of a couple of minuites in to the future and everything will happen almost exactly as I imagined it. It happens so randomly. Maybe its just an advanced from of deja vu lol

That is deja vu. It can happen for seconds or minutes into the future, but it's always just a chemical misfire in the brain that screws up your perception of time for a little bit.

Hasn't recently (because I haven't watched The Simpsons much in the past few months), but a few years ago it would happen a good few times a week.

@ Becca: Goodness gracious! What does that mean, then? I wonder if other people have experienced the same... if so, then wow! XD Maybe it´s Matt Groening´s plan. To ultimately take over the world. Though it´s still unclear to me how he´s going to do that...

I've had 'Simpsons premonitions' before, I had that just a few days ago. I was just thinking how I wanted to see the one where they accidentally run over the town's mascot alligator, and then the next day it was on.

I have dreams constantly of the future. Each dream is totally random, just everyday life, but they always feel real. Usually, I forget the dreams (except for 1 since it was a recurring dream), but years later, the exact (and I mean EXACT) same thing will happen to me in real life. It's never anything important. The first one I remember is that I dreamed I was at my daycare and playing with Barbies with this girl named Christina. This is the recurring dream. I started having it before I even went to daycare, and I hadn't met Christina yet. Then, a few years later, it actually happened.
Since then, I've had these dreams. They're not very common, but I did just have one about 2 years ago, about my girlfriend. We were watching tv (Law and Order) and just talking. In my dream, I hadn't seen the episode, but a few months ago, we were watching L&O and she was saying the exact same comment I dreamed her saying.
2 of my friends actually have the same thing happen to them--we actually talked about it earlier this year. Each of us is different in the actual content of the dreams--My friend Shebly will dream about a test or something, and use the dream to study. She also occassionaly dreams about her husband. My friend Kate dreams more in random things, like me.
I don't believe I'm psychic or anything like that. But I do believe in deja vu. ^_^

Not really/ I get a lot of deja vu, and sometimes I'll know what someone's gonna say, but its all normal stuff.

I once had a dream that I was driving in a car up this bridge by my house and the car lost power and started rolling backwards. Guess what happened about a year ago.

I have really odd dreams, more of them rather disturbing. However, often I find that the basic worry or struggle that I am dealing with in the dream/nightmare is one that I will have to soon deal with in real life. (sans all the gore, and death. Oh, can't forget to take out all the supernatural elements as well)
