He reminds me of uh... These identical twins called Kyoji and Kyoichi from this largely unknown manga I read. They have the same eyes and chin (completely different hair though, aside from the length. Face is also narrower, but I still see a resemblance.)

All right, some (not all, but some) of my earlier pictures have been put back up, so be sure to take a look at the changes so you're not missing out. Wouldn't want that to happen now would you? I'll answer for you: no way! Emk, so I've got the next set all pretty just for you guys. Today we'll start with Clarissa. I drew her last year a math homework assignment and it took me all this time to transfer and color her into my sketchbook before sending her to the machine, which I have nicknamed my laptop. (I also call my machine Noah, but that's another story...) You may notice that Clarissa has many proportional/anatomical problems with her design. It wasn't intentional, but I think the oddities work for the overall effect.Next one the line is Cree. I don't really like her. I was trying to go for more of a traditional anime look. You know, clean lines without shading, technicolor, all that jazz? It didn't work, I still managed to leak some weird stylizing in there and now it's a freaky mess of strange pencil marks- the prime example being her eye. She saddens me. She wasn't even supposed to be a girl, she just bent her gender without my permission! This is Sonia and Raskolnikov from Crime and Punishment. Remember when I was asking for help on that book? Well I got through it and drew this picture. The two are like opposite sides of a coin, with one side having a more prominent effect on the other... Which is actually very unlike a coin, but you have to work with me here. Their faces are a little off and Raskolnikov's axe-holding stance is a bit artificial, but I wasn't exactly trying to hard either, so it's okay. This is Juniper. The only thing I really have to say about her was that she didn't take much time to complete at all. I give her thirty minutes- I must have really been on a roll.I hated this picture for the longest time. I drew Rave in pencil, then inked it with gel pens, lined it with glitter glue, colored it with pencils, and painted over that with water color. So much freakin' unnecessary work went into Rave that it's disgusting, but now it's all pretty so I'm happy. And that concludes today's segment of Lightcandy! *bows*

Amazing amazing amazing! *applauds* I especially love Clarissa's funky styalization, and Juniper.. I don't know, that one is just really good. Rave is indeed pretty, and I love the crime and punishment one (although I know squat about that book). Edit: I get urges to stick these in photoshop and play with them ;D

I'm in love with your icon Becca! I idolize Calcifer and that particular quote is one of my favorites. Many hearts to you, and have a few invisible pixelated cupcakes to enhance your digital exaltation.
Raihor can have some hearts and cupcakes too, seeing as his picture of the clapping man made me and Mom laugh. ^-^ Teehee!

You probably don't know who most of them are because almost all of them are original, but thank you for the compliments! -^^-

That's why I like your art. It's nice to see something original! Though I do <3 Chris Wooding fanart, original stuff is nice for a change of pace sometimes. ^_^

All right, here's something that I've been contemplating seriously: First I better say that I draw my own manga, but I never posted any of them up because I'm afraid of people stealing/not liking them. (Opposite ends of the spectrum, I know.) Unfortunately I am overly paranoid about it; however, I was thinking that I really trust you all not to take my ideas because you're all super-nifty and everything.
So, If I posted up some comics, would that be a good idea? Would you guys read them?
