...Here's some random stuff. A Chill WindThe GuardianFinhavenAlso, a character I invented. He has no name (the tentative one is Altus) or universe or story or even a girlfriend as of yet. I shall make them soon perhaps though OneTwoI hath more, but they art not scanned. Perhaps later I shalt scanneth them and post for thou to see. I'm currently working on a computerized version of Two. Like, with colors and shading and stuff. Hopefully that'll be done by tomorrow, but I make no promises

Thanks. ^_^ This is how I came up with the idea... it's copy/pasted from the deviantART description, because I'm cool like that. Translation: I'm too lazy to type it out again. "The idea for this came from the penultimate book of A Series of Unfortunate Events, in which there is some talk about the "Last Safe Place." Although this drawing has nothing to do with the series, the phrase itself got me thinking, and this is what came out. The idea is that it's the last safe place on earth, a city alone at sea where weary travelers find refuge. It took about a week total, all done in pencil; bear in mind that it is a little old, my technique has changed somewhat since I drew this. However it remains one of my favorite pieces; the idea itself is more beautiful to me, perhaps, than the drawing itself."

I agree, very nice!
But I couldn't really see the other pics--the lines were so soft, it was hard to tell what I was looking at. >_< Just a suggestion, but could you maybe scan the next pics at a darker resolution? I think that would darken the lines. Unless you meant the lines to be light, in which case, good job~! ^_^

That's odd, they show up fine on my computer. Have you tried zooming in?

Yeah, I did, the lines were still very faint. I dunno...maybe it's my resolution or something. *ponder*

Here's that one I said I was redoing on the computer. i102.photobucket.com/albums/m120/Edge116/Altus.pngIt's technically not finished, but the rest of it will boring to do and though I'll try to get around to it eventually, I might not, so... yeah. I'm wondering if the reason you people like Finahaven so much is because it reminds you of Orokos...

Naah, I always imagined Orokos on top of an artificial-looking plateau, not cut into a mountain.

Thanks for the comments, people... Here's more for ya. Pierced Heart of DarknessProgonoskesCair ParavelAlso, fyi, the word "pierced" in the title of the first one is the archaic two-syllable version. Can't figure out how to make an e with an accent. >_>
