I could've sworn that a huge amount of websites run primarily on Java. To block it seems bizarre - especially if they don't block php, which is only ever used for Forums.

Don't panic, it is going to happen. The 'yes' won this time. But before I create an account and launch that chatroom, any idea how we shall call it? The default name is "My Chat Room" and that is so boring it's melting my brain. So, any ideas? If not I will choose one name at random. (And that could be everything. XD) Something Wooding-book-related maybe? [If I can come up with an idea I will modify this post and tell you. But right now I have to run and cannot really think fast enough.]

Yes, definitely Wooding-related. But maybe something from The Fade or Storm Thief--his more recent stuff. ^_^ That's my suggestion.

Yeah; the forums themselves are named after a place in Alaizabel, so it might be cool to name the chatrooms after a place in another book. Perhaps not Farakza though.

We should call it "The Weave". It's certainly not the newest, but it's pretty awesome sounding i think.

I think that's really appropriate, because it's somewhere in which people get the messages instantly, but not somewhere where one could 'live' (cyberspce-wise). Much like the Weave, only without the killing of other people via brain-stem snapping.

Hmm, 'the Weave' sounds nice and nifty. I am for.
But I will wait until this evening with creating an account so that if someone has a better idea he may still post it.
So, the chat room will be created today. High five!
EDIT: So I created an account and all that. You should be able to enter the chat when you click the little chat-icon (located in the list of "home", "help", etc. at the top of the page.)
If anything doesn't work, tell me!

As I expected, not working for me, at least not at work. I'm sure it will work on my home computer though. ^_^

I am online in the evenings mostly. (Living in Germany, that should be... what? Central European Time, so we are one hour ahead of Great Britain. Means: It's 19:46 already. And yeah, tea-time is already over but I am having my "dark tea-time of the soul" right now. With giotto.)
We could come up with a date when some of us have time so that we can all meet in the chatroom.
